We received a grant for an automated developer station for our lithography bay! Users will be able develop masks, wafers or small pieces of samples automatically. Details and features will be provided soon.
We received a grant to upgrade our probe station with B2912A Precision Source/Measure Unit for measuring low resistivity samples! Probe station upgrade has been completed. Ask NUFAB staff for details.
We received a grant to upgrade our both mask aligners with UV-LED sources that will provide constant intensity and better uniformity. Coming soon.
